- Check-in after 3:00 PM
- Checkout before 12:00 PM
- Self check-in via lockbox — instructions provided before arrival
Guests
- 4 guests maximum
- No additional overnight guests without prior approval
Property Care
- No smoking inside the home — please smoke outdoors and dispose of butts properly
- No parties or large gatherings
- Quiet hours after 10:00 PM — be respectful of the surrounding neighbors
- Please turn off AC/heating and lights when leaving the property
Pets
- Pets considered on a case-by-case basis — please contact us before booking
- Pets must be house-trained and not left unattended in the home
- Please clean up after your pet on the property
The Land
- 20 acres with a pond and pasture — feel free to explore and fish
- Please respect the livestock (cows) — do not feed or approach the fence lines
- Children must be supervised near the pond at all times
Safety
- Smoke alarm installed on the property
- First aid kit available in the bathroom
- Emergency contact number provided in the welcome guide
